Rain?

We were supposed to get a "mini" Nor'easter yesterday. Most of the rain this year has gone around us. We really need it as the woods are so dry.  Hubby and I made a quick tip to Home Depot to get two new shower heads before the heavy rain was to hit.  Coming back, it started to rain. By the time we pulled into the driveway it stopped.

It stayed cloudy and damp all day. I let Charlie and the girls out in the yard for a while. They even went back to the pen by themselves. The grass was just wet enough that they didn't like it.

I locked them in for the night a little before 7pm and the sky started to clear up a bit.

Five minutes later it was totally dark out. Autumn is here.
