…but check out this Japanese rice field art
Rice field art in the country of the rising sun. Each year these guys make new images on their field by planting rice in different patterns making various images. They use different sorts of rice for color. The result is amazing as you can see. It’s a pity they only last as long as it’s time to harvest the rice.

ReplyDeleteAnd it all started just to bring tourists to visit!
DeleteAmazing...
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine the design has to be planted by hand?
DeleteYou find the coolest stuff! Thanks for sharing.

DeleteHow about a timelapse over the year?
ReplyDeleteTo watch it grow would be cool, too.
Just posted 2 short videos - enjoy!
DeleteThey are MAN MADE, seen and confirmed. They were planted BEFORE they grew up. Making it easy to TAKE TIME and work at the DAY TIME for DAYS.
DeleteCrop circles can't be approached in wheat without making SIGN that you walked in the wheat. it's seen even from great hight. Just ask FARMERS.
I dind't see any other people making this. This is only in rice and in Japan. Crop circless are World wide by thousands. Never unfishined, all overnight. The size of the crops is not only bigger, but geometrically correct. where as in a picture, small incorrections are not seen. planting in the soil can be drawn first by LINES and tools to have proper dimentions. Crop circles are done in SECONDS at night.
ReplyDelete1. They are NOT crop circles. they are planted.
ReplyDelete2. Can you explain to me... WHY the are of woman and man.... while seen at LOW ANGLE, still has the PROPORTIONS AS SEEN FROM THE TOP???
PHOTOSHOP PERHAPS? it's like Tourin's face covering, supposedly from Jesus. but it's in 2D, not taken of 3D face. The face is also not looking like normal human face but a primitive CHURCH drawing.
These were done with several varieties of rice. I've only have seen pictures of crop circles [ some say they are man made by pranksters. I don't know, but they are pretty neat!
