He can't even eat in peace. Goldie will not even let him eat with Lucy and Ethel. If Charlie goes near them, Goldie attacks. Not really vicious, but he usually pulls out a feather or two.
Ethel and Lucy really dislike Goldie and will peck at him if he tries any 'funny' stuff. Don't know how long that will last though. He is a beautiful rooster and he knows it. And he is strong. When I pick him up he fights and squirms to get away.
Charlie, on the other hand is just so sweet. Loves to be picked up and petted. Not nasty at all.
Sometimes I'd lock Goldie in the run and keep the other three together for a while. They really enjoy each other when Bad Boy isn't around. But, that too, will change soon. If I keep the boys, I may have to get more girls - two roosters and two hens is not going to work out too well!
