Hubby not happy when it got stuck in another tree!
He tried pulling it off with the backhoe...
But it didn't budge, not even an inch.
Time to get something a little bit more powerful - The Chevy!
One tug and that ol tree was down!
It really was a lot bigger than it looked!
All that is left.....
.... until he starts digging the roots out!

I used to cut timber. That sort of thing happens entirely too often.
ReplyDeleteThe tree that it hit is ok - just a couple of broken branches. One time he got lucky and knocked another one down at the same time. a "twofer"!
Deleteas long as he is not a part of the twofer it is ok!
