Hubby changed the bulb to 100 from 60 watts because Ethel and Lucy were hogging all the heat!


Poor Charlie spends a lot of time in the coop out of the bitter cold:

Here he is just standing under the light. He chases the girls out when they come in:

 The swelling on his wattles has gone down a little bit:

(Notice the 'dirty' look he is giving me????)

He is eating well but not showing any interest in the girls yet. He shakes his head a lot - it probably hurts like h3ll.
