Hubby was NOT playing a trick on me with the eggs. He said he didn't touch them.
That means something really strange is going on in that coop!
The next morning I let them out only after I hear Lucy and Ethel cackle. I know (because I took a peek- just to be doubly sure) there are now two eggs in their shared nest box.
Oscar, Ethel and Lucy eat and play their silly rodeo games. Not a peep out of Nina and she still won't come out to eat.
Now I have to figure out what is happening to those darn eggs. Why are are they moved? Could a snake be getting in the coop?
Shades of Basil Rathbone......
