Last year he logged most of his land - it took over a week to get it all cleared. It was fun watching these huge machines come in and just take the trees out. There must have been six humongous logging trucks full.
A month ago an excavating company came in, pulled all the stumps out and leveled the land. Then landscapers planted grass and put down the base for the barn.
During the week, the builders came to put up the barn:
A crew started working at 7AM. In a few hours it was framed out:
By early afternoon, the roof joists were up and when the left for the day, the barn was all closed in!

All this was done in TWO days! It was amazing to see what a good, professional crew can do!
Lucky for us, too ..... free manure!!!
