Back in time

Going through some old boxes and I found this one from when I was a kid.

What was inside?

Horrors! Lead cowboys and Indians!

Couldn't buy these today nor the happy memories they hold.

I found a lot more toys that I have taken with me on all my moves.
Think it's about time to sort them all out?

    1. Had a whole set of British Calvary and soldiers - maybe they are tucked away in another box! I can remember the arms moved on the soldiers. Many happy hours were spent playing with them.

  2. Think long and hard about who to pass them on to.

    1. Don't think they are worth anything, Gorges. They were played with so much, the paint has come off most of them.

  3. Oh, they are worth something, but not in dollars or cents. A true heirloom for the next generation to enjoy.

    1. Don't have or know any little ones to pass them on to, CW. My kids didn't even play with them. They were into Matchbox cars, G.I. Joe's, Tonka trucks and army men. Their heroes weren't cowboys!
