Pretty hard to see because it was so dark out, but the vultures are roosting in our trees again!
So glad they came back! I just love watching them glide and soar over the house.
For such a large bird (and homely, too) they are so beautiful to watch while flying. A
few flaps of their giant wings keeps them circling for hours while they look for food.
Charlie doesn't run and squawk when he sees them overhead, but he will if he sees a hawk or an eagle. I guess he knows that these birds won't hurt him or his girls.
The trees are stating to get reddish colored buds on them:
The daffodils will probably open up this weekend...
... and the lilies are starting to grow too!
This little feller bloomed already!
