Basil & soup

It was time to trim the basil for dehydrating!



I had five trays ready to be done:
















This is all that was made  - not a heck of a lot for 5 full trays, but it sure does beat anything you get at the supermarket! The aroma that filled the house was wonderful!


Also made a big pot of chicken soup - I love to cook when the weather stays cool!


Yummy!

      Tasted yummy, too! :o) I love to make soup - so easy to do - make a lot of it during the Winter.
