I do! It's on my key ring:
:o)
Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....
Yes, I currently have 5 of them. I wrap one up with a rubber band as my keys go in my pocket. Learned that the hard way!
ReplyDeleteLOL! I took the piece of tape off when I snapped the pic of mine! :o)
DeleteHi C-mom!!!!,
ReplyDeleteOh the "John Wayne" aka the "P-38!!" Only have a hand full or so that I got at the "Gun Show" (50 cents a piece or 5 for 2 dollars!!) "And" a hand full from the bottom of the"C-RATS" boxes that we commandeered from supply when I was in the "GATOR NAVY!!!" (1966-1070!!!)... still one on my key chain and the "special one" that I carried on the USS PRINCETON LPH-5 during Vietnam Cruise 1968 on the dog hook I got from the Signal division!! Too many "WAR STORIES" are holed up in that piece... A "Psychic" friend couldn't hold it in her hand!! She dropped it and there was a "Burn spot" in the middle of her palm from it!!!! Go figure??? "Then!!!!!!" I knew she wasn't "Bulls#!++n' me!!!!!

DeleteUsed to use my John Wayne all the time during our first tour in Italy - got it in a carton of C-rats
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have kept my Dad's. I think my brother might have had it. :o)
DeleteYes, it does more than just open cans too. Improvised 'clam pack' opener, screwdriver, pry bar as just a few uses. Handy little thing I keep in my wallet, along with other tools.
ReplyDeleteWhen I can't carry my pocket knife - it has come in handy! :o)
DeleteYep. One on the key ring right now.
ReplyDeleteWonder how many people have one laying around in the 'junk drawer' and don't know what it is? :o)
