Timber! Well, almost.....

The sun came out on Wednesday, so Hubby decided to take down the other half of that tree:

Couldn't pull it down with the backhoe, so he took out the good 'ol Chevy:

We had rain and thunderstorms all day yesterday. If the sun comes out today, he'll cut it up in sections to get it ready for splitting!

All the noise didn't even faze the gang. They just kept looking for bugs:

 Betty's feathers - they are gorgeous!
