Lets go for a ride!

Had to go to the pharmacy in town yesterday.....

Our driveway:

The wind was making the snow swirl!

Way off in the distance you can see the ski trails on the top:

The parking lot at Acme:

Going back home through town:

Those steps are going have to be cleaned before Sunday!

Big icicles on that green house:

There IS a cross walk under all that snow!

Sunrise Mountain:

Road cleaning!

Love the way this tree was trimmed:

And home to Coopville:

Only Charlie, Betty and Maude ventured out. Wilma remembered her last adventure in the
snow and stayed in the pen:

I ain't even gonna say it......

  1. You all really got dumped on, didn't you!!! And more coming? Mother Nature can be a hateful witch. Hang in there. I heard a rumor that Spring is indeed on the way.

  2. Oh dear. I fear that poor little Wilma has been traumatised for life. it's ok, chooks are allowed to be eccentric. In a life of happiness and plenty, cold and freezing happened. No wonder her little heart went, " No, not me, no road crossing and no froliking in the snow, ever again."

    1. Wilma is a riot - I always though she was the dumbest hen I EVER had. Maybe she isn't though! I'll try to lure her out of the pen today with a special treat!

  3. That is a bunch of snow. Like going for a ride with BW; snow, a church and a pasture that should have hay bales in it. With a bonus - ACME!! Beep beep

    1. I love BW's photos! The hay bales here are covered with the white stuff, though.

  5. Snow craziness this year, for sure! We've had a little more off 'n on, but not sticking...mostly a melt down is going on here in the higher regions of North Central Washington State. Snowdrops are blooming thru the remaining patches of snow, and I saw two courting Robins yesterday. Tomorrow it's official!
