March winds a-blowin'

It was beautiful yesterday - but cold AND windy:
(Up the volume to hear it!)

Got a lot of laundry done:

Charlie does not kike the wind -he scooted the girls back in the pen:

Hubby and I had planed to put this up, but we were just too tired. We'll try again this weekend.

It's always something with this place. Tomorrow the burner guy is coming to clean the coils on the oil burner that gives us our hot water. We just had it done back in October. Hard water calcium build-up is just the only disadvantage of having your own well water. In the summer, we are going to invest in an electric water heater.  It will be worth every penny!

    1. Thanks - but alas, nothing exciting (as usual) to post! :o)

  2. There is a big difference in the way the wind sounds when it is howling down the streets and around the corners of buildings in a city and the way it sounds singing in the tree tops in the country. Your video reminded me how much I loved that sound when I lived in the north woods.

    1. It's been very windy so far this year. On hot summer days it will be most welcome! :o)

  3. Electric hot water tanks build up lime/calcium also. Not as fast as gas fired tanks but they still do.

    1. Hopefully it won't be three times a year! As for the gas, I would LOVE to have a propane kitchen stove and oven! I hate, just hate, cooking with electric. :o(
