Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....

Older than dirt!

Can you identify every one of these? I did (must be older than dirt)...
I'm 75 and I remember each and every one of these, my sisters wore the gym uniforms, not me, although the boys had gym shorts and T-shirts with the school logo on it. Great nostalgia for an America we will never see again.
Me too, Mikey! Our gym shorts had the elastic bloomer legs - Oh, how I hated them! We were the lucky generation - at least the kids today will have pictures to see what America was like! :o)
Fun trip,, I really feel for those who never did without the things they think are so essential now.. I still dont have a cell phone,, and wont, unless I get a bike going and take off for a few days.. Those pics really stirred some feelings,, thanks.,
When I was a senior in high school in 79 I bought a 76 Fiat Spyder. It had a factory 8-track. The tape could not be removed when the car was in neutral, 1st, 3rd, and 5th gears.
I Can't still believe that i got cured from Genital Herpes through herbal treatment from Dr agaba who I met through the internet, I actually couldn't believe it at first because it sounded impossible to me knowing how far I have gone just to get rid of it.
