......"Skooch"! That's Joisey talk meaning he is a pain in the arse.....
The days are getting shorter and so is his temperament.
Some days he just doesn't shut up!
But... he DOES have a nice butt! LOL!
Wood piles for the next two winters:
To be seasoned and split:
The trees are thinning out now:
A pretty leaf:
:o)
Charlie is sounding a little hoarse. LOL I prefer Wrangler butts myself!
ReplyDeleteNice wood stack you have, good job.
Our leaves are just starting to turn.
I agree! Cowboy butts are THE best...... :o)
DeleteSo glad you are back to start my week out with a little bit of Fall.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Try to catch the blog on Wednesday! We went for apples over the weekend!
DeleteI'm glad you are back so I can get my Charlie fix. He always makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteMe too, Vicki! But I sure do have a lot of blog reading to catch up on!
DeleteGood to have you back!
ReplyDeleteOh, BW - it is soooo good to be back!! :o)
DeleteI really miss heating with wood, but the wife doesn't!
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty darn messy, Gorges - it keeps me warm twice! Once by sitting in front of the fireplace and the second time by cleaning up after all the ashes and soot!! LOL!
DeleteWelcome back, CM. May I ask - what kind of wood are you burning out there? Here in Alberta we get mostly poplar, spruce and some birch... and after two years of seasoning it will go up like paper and burn hot and super fast...
ReplyDeleteThanks, Glen! Mostly maple, hickory and oak - would love to have birch trees - none in Coopville. Told Hubby we need to get a dog to protect all that wood!
