And the tradition here in Coopville is a lasagna dinner.
Made a huge skillet of ground beef, onions, celery, pepper and spices and turned it into
two baking dishes filled to the top ready to cook for dinner!
Oldest son and his family happily agreed to join us!
'Twas a good way to start this new year!

DeleteSounds yummy .....pork n saurkraut is the tradition in our house....our son in law of two yrs is from Ga...so we've added greens to the menu in his honor :))
