Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....

Saturday Night Doo-Wop

....... and what a great song this was!
How many of you remember guys hanging out in front of high school singing this one?
I certainly remember the song but I don't remember ever standing in front of the school singing it. Now I might have played the sax part on my brothers tenor (my French horn didn't lend itself to Doo-Wop).
Maybe it was just a Joisey thing.... There were a lot of good groups at school. They would also sing at our record hops! The sax would have been a great addition! Glad you like the Saturday posts!
