Goldie is begining to get a little nasty, so I bought him a present and nailed it to the coop:
Charlie is just the opposite. Not as handsome, but he never attacks my ankles like Goldie does. It's another reason why I always wear boots.
Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....
And why is itvagain you like these critters??? Just kidding. My mother always loved the antics of her brood when she was living :))
ReplyDeleteThey are aggravating sometimes - but they are so much fun to watch. I really can't blame Goldie for anything really, he just acted the way most roosters were programed to be!
