Wednesday started out cold but sunny:

Then in the afternoon it started snowing again:
It stopped and the wind picked up and the temperature started to DROP!
Yesterday morning was brutal. Minus13 degrees below zero!!!!!!!!
Walking back from feeding the gang. I did NOT let them out of the coop!
Oldest son stopped by to see if we were O.K. - his new truck:
In the afternoon I let the gang out in the pen so they could stretch a bit and have a warm treat:
Thanfully Charlie's frostbite didn't get any worse.
They only stayed outside for about 15 minutes and then the all ran back into the coop!
As I type this, Thursday night @ 6:45pm, it's -2 here in Coopville.

DeleteWe got snow overnight, but temps have gotten a bit milder.Saw a meme on FB saying January has been a rough "year". Hope February will be better...I have to agree:))
