Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....
I use a desktop pc, so I don't have a feel for how it acts on a laptop. I don't have a problem using a mouse. Maybe plugging a USB mouse would make a diff.
Does you ISP have a tech phone # you can call for some help?
Did your new laptop come with any instructions for WIN 10? Since I downloaded the install of mine online, I was given some info on the so-called improvements of it that way...most of which I don't concern myself with, since mine is a desktop that doesn't leave the house with me like the mobile devices 10 is also designed for. Heh! I'm not a gamer or into anything the younger gen are into. I just do what I do, and so I don't need much of anything this version offers in the way of apps. I'm still in the WIN 98-XP mind set.
I bet a techie at your ISP help phone line could help you with a lot to understand how it works.
Nope - no instructions at all. Remember in the good old days you would get those thick manuals with a new computer? I still have my MS Windows & MS-DOS6! No help at our ISP - the hamster running around the wheel doesn't have time to talk. Yesterday lost connections twice... sigh....
Good one. :)
ReplyDeleteI do the chair thingy with spiders.....
DeleteArgh!
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely back.
Ha! I wish!! LOL!
Delete...that change being WIN 10, no doubt.
ReplyDeleteAARRGGHH!!
I hate it - that finger pad thing keeps the pages jumping all over the place - don't know how to disable it. Grrrrr!
