Last week Maude presented me with a HUGE egg:
Looks almost too big for the pan!
It WAS a double yolker! Beautiful!
And ... it made the bestest scrambled egg, cheese, chives and tomato on rye sandwich ever!
Yummy!! Nom-nom!

DeleteWhen I had chickens, as my hens got older I would find double yolk-ers every once in a while. They were the size of duck eggs.
