Hubby wants to clean up this part of it. The little trees will make for good firewood.
Plus, he found some berry bushes in there too!
Cleaning some of it will get rid of all the brush that could be a problem if there was ever a fire.

ReplyDeleteAlmost 4 acres most of it was wooded. Hubby took down lots of trees. Berries are good -there are some apple trees way back in there, too! And snakes.

ReplyDeleteAlmost all apples are good, sweet, tart, soft, hard, large or small one can find a use for about any apple.
Even crabapple jelly is good and those are not very good to eat right off the tree.
Don't know what kind of berries they are, Jon. Will have to look them up in a plant book. Hubby just said that some of the trees are dead, but one or two are green - 'hope there is enough for a couple of apple pies! Nothing beats fresh apple pie with a buttery, flaky crust!
