It's all fixed now - the seal collapsed on the pipe that led to the leach field.
Yeah, the little building would solve all that.

DeleteSorry about the problems .....we didn't have inside plumbing except water till I was a teenager growing up.
ReplyDeleteWorking good now, Mamahen. Hubby always carried a .22 just in case there were critters in there.
DeleteI've seen way too many issues with septic tanks/fields to not recognize that lid ... those systems are great when they work, and not-so-much when they don't.

All fixed, Rev. Paul - pumped out and repaired - expensive, but thankfully we don't have to worry about it for a while. At least the weather was good and there was not 3 feet of ice and snow on top of it!
