Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....

Skydiving
This airport is only five miles from us. After the jumpers are out, the plane circles our house to go back to the airport.
Don't think this would ever make it on my bucket list!
Went for a ride
many years ago in a friend's Piper Cub for about half an hour. Never
went up again and never will.
No one in their right mind jumps out of a perfectly good airplane.

ReplyDeleteNope - never again - like to look at them, especially the WWll aircraft. Sat in a B-52 at an airshow once, but did not go up for a ride.

DeleteI flew a couple of times when I was in my twenties...I enjoyed it then, but you wouldn't catch me on a plane these days!
