Fake crab salad wraps

wild river sent me a nice recipe for all you fish lovers out there. Please give it a try!

I made this up on the fly the other day, probably got most of my vegetables for the month;

1 pound imitation crab flakes.
1/2 pound of salad mix, (I used three color coleslaw)
some chopped onion, as much, or little as suits you.
any dressing of your choice, (I used Best Foods Mayo),
enough to kill the taste of those nasty vegetables.Spices to suit your taste, (I used real salt and black pepper)
A few Large Soft flour tortillas

Throw it in a suitable size bowl and thrash it around with a fork until it is all  covered with the dressing, and the fake crab is broken down into flakes of a size that fits your fancy.  Drop a generous portion in the middle of a tortilla and roll it up with one end tucked so all the goodies don't fall out while you're trying to eat it. And!, for you who may be somewhat challenged.....you start eating this awesome treat from the UNwrapped end.  ;-)

Enjoy!!

PS, if you are a real adventure hero, you could use real shell fish like crabs, or lobster, or even shrimp.

    1. It's a really easy meal to make - especially when it's hot out and you don't want to turn the oven on!
