Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....

It's no joke.....
Spring is on her way!
But there is a patch or two of the white stuff around ..... and it still drops down to the 20's & 30's at night.
Early Monday morning we had sleet and the deck was like a sheet of ice. I sure do hope that was the last of Winter!
Spring is fighting a hard battle this yr....and the news leads me to believe this is what we can count on in the future :(
