Auction!

The farmer down the road from us holds an auction every year. We went to see if they had any vinyl
roofing for sale. We want to make a permanent roof for the pen this year and get rid of the leaky tarp.

Row and rows of tractors and trucks to bid on:

Couldn't tell what this rusty piece of equipment was - looked as if half the parts were missing!

If your dog needs a fire hydrant.......

......or you have too many tractors racing down your road:

This wasn't in too bad of shape -

Lots and lots of people looking for bargains:

Even a calf was for sale!

Didn't find what we were looking for, but it's always fun looking at other people's stuff!

  1. If that piece of equipment wasn't a cannibalized dump rake, then it was once a horse-drawn hay-kicker used to fluff up the hay so it would dry quicker.

    1. I thought it was a hay rake - wasn't sure though - the wheels were pretty neat. - a little bent - but neat.

    1. Poor little thing was so timid! They had chickens, but they were older hens. I'll wait.
