Nasty sky

The sky looked EVIL on Monday morning!

But it turned out to be a nice day. Cold, but nice.  Hubby went back to the wood pile to shorten some logs to get ready for splitting:

 Now that most of the snow is gone, Charlie and the girls like to hang out by these two big rocks and look for bugs. Still too cold for ants and worms, so I threw some rice for them to scratch for.....

....although there was this humongous spider on my dining room ceiling:

I swear it was this big:

Honest.....
