If red at night....

..... means a sailor's delight (does that mean we are NOT going to get that darn snow storm)?????

This is what it looked like when I put the chickens in for the night

The pic really doesn't show how red the sky was

The moon has a slight ring around it

The temp this morning when I let them out

Please be careful tomorrow and let's hope the storm doesn't do too much damage!

  1. Usually you do need a LOT of red for it to hold true. IF it holds true for you, I've found that it only holds for about 24 hours. I guess you'll know by tomorrow evening!

    1. Thank you - I accept any and all! May lose the internet, but that's what books are for. We'll be fine, but some around us won't be..again.

  3. No, it means you are going to have a snow storm. The sailors are delighted because they are in Tahiti
