Mostly about my backyard chickens. (Boring, I know), but there are a lot of us out here. Mine are only kept as pampered pets. I could eat a neighbor's chicken, but not MINE. There may be a comment on current events only if I get riled up enough. And there will always be a cartoon or a joke to cheer us. I promise to try my very best to respond to comments. Now I have to figure out how this blogger thingy works....
Can't see this one, but would like too. Have memories both as a child and an adult of the search for a "petfect" tree....Shortly after my hubby n I got together I gladly turned that tradition over to him n my daughter....It soon became a father n daughter thing (she's his step daughter but shhhhh they don't know) and even tho she's married n out of the house, they still go out each yr n find the "family" tree.

Someone else e-mailed me this morning saying they were having trouble with I. E. but was ok
when using Safari. (I don't know how to fix it)
My Dad and I would go to the open air market along the railroad tracks every year and pick out the perfect tree, too! Great memories!
Reminds me of A Christmas Memory.
DeleteKinda nice when something jogs forgotten events from so, so long ago....
