Doctors have concluded that, if you find the man in 3 seconds, then the
Right half of your brain is better developed than most people.
If you find the man between 3 seconds and one minute, then your right
Half of the brain is developed normally.
If you find the man between one minute and 3 minutes, then the right
Half of your brain is functioning slowly and you need to Eat more
protein.
If you have not found the man after 3 minutes, the right half of your
Brain is a mess, and the only advice is to look for more of these types
of exercises to make that part of the brain stronger.
The man is really there. Keep looking!

Here's the marinade I use:
Deletel pinch of sea salt
1 (12 ounce) bottle red wine vinegar' but I like Tarragon sprig wine vinegar instead - your choice.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (more or less according to taste)
1 tablespoon minced garlic (it's a lot, so use less if you don't like too much garlic)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper (I grind up the 5 different peppercorn ones)
1/2 tablespoon minced onion (I use a red onion)
rib eye steaks (yummy)
In a shallow, glass dish, mix red wine vinegar or tarragon sprig wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, and ground peppers. put steaks in the glass dish with the mixture and give them a couple of pokes with a fork. Cover, and marinate for an 1 hour or so in the fridge.
Then wipe your grill grates with oil so they don't stick. (horrors!)
Grill according to how well you like them done, but at least 8 minutes on one side, flip and 8 minutes more. If you like 'em rare, use less time!
Bon Appetit :0)
