Now the hole can be filled in and Hubby will plant some fall seed over it. They are as capable of love and friendship as dogs or cats, and they WILL take a piece of you when they go.

As far as the stumps go - I got "triggered" when I saw your pics. (That's what we cool kids call a micro-aggression dontchya know. I shall look forward to an apology and generous financial compensation too, BTW). When I was a kid Pop would leave me the task of dealing with stumps and nothing short of road rage and TNT seemed to work with some of them. Sometimes I worked myself into a blind rage chopping at those damned things trying to get them out. Just the sight of them gives me PTSD!

On our second farm I directed the cat operator that was doing some earthwork - to take a pass down one side of the driveway and up the other. That monster ripped them %^&*'s out by the roots while I cackled like a maniac!

I am SO glad I don't have to deal with stumps anymore.Glen Filthiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03256741311142364722noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2051512728005374779.post-6002196357843174962016-08-29T08:30:47.266-04:002016-08-29T08:30:47.266-04:00Ha!
